- Own impactful projects from day one
- Start in one of EF’s hubs (Zurich, London, Boston, Tokyo, or Hong Kong) and rotate through 1–2 other offices.
- Gain hands-on experience across diverse business functions—including sales, business development, customer experience, and market development—while engaging directly with our customer base in a meaningful way.
- Participate in Global Trainee Summits designed for professional growth, networking, and collaboration with fellow 360s and EF executives.
- Build deep insight into the world’s largest privately-held international education company—its products, people, culture, and global mission
- Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s with 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English (fluency in another language strongly preferred)
- International work and/or study experience
- Right to work in the US.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a “nothing is impossible” mindset
- Leadership potential with strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving in fast-paced, multicultural settings
- Global curiosity and openness to diverse cultures
- Interest in AI and emerging tools to enhance workflows and customer experience

Compensation range for this role is $75,000/year
- Application Screening
- Two online interviews with a member of our Global Recruiting and Employee Development team, the head of the 360 program, or former 360s to evaluate your experiences and skills and ultimately assess what potential mentors you could be paired with.
- Assessment Day for a small group of finalists hosted in Zurich/Boston in January/February 2026. During Assessment Day you will take on a real-life case challenge, tackle a group activity and most importantly meet with Senior leaders across EF who could become your mentor.
