Kim is an Associate Creative Director at EF. She credits a high school trip to France and Switzerland with introducing her to international travel, and her Indian/Turkish/Salvadorian husband (and his many relatives) for keeping her well acquainted with it. She also studied abroad in Ireland, about which she says: Guinness is great and all, but have you tried their brown bread? When she isn’t writing or traveling, you can most likely find Kim on the internet, antiquing, or eating cheese.
