What is the difference between the European and North American tracks?

The European track (European passport required) is 18 months and rotates between three cities across our main hubs and local offices. The North American track (U.S. passport required) is 18 to 24 months and based in Boston with one potential rotation outside the U.S.

When do applications for the EF Global Finance Program open?

Applications for the European track open each fall, and the North American track each summer, one year prior to the program's start.

The program starts mid-August each year.

Most placements are in our main finance hubs in Zurich, London, Boston, and Malta. You may also rotate to our local offices around the world.
