About the program
Exposure & ownership
From day one, you’ll work on high-impact projects across different teams, countries, and products. This experience will give you early ownership, insight into EF’s entrepreneurial culture, and sharpen your skills for future leadership roles in our global finance organization. On top of that, you'll attend international summits alongside participants from EF’s other global graduate programs and finance teams, to further your professional development and build a close network.
Supportive mentorship
You’ll be paired with a mentor from our senior finance management team who will guide and support you throughout the program. Whether through casual coffee chats or high-level strategy meetings, you’ll have the chance to learn and gain valuable insights that will drive both personal growth and business success.

Europe application
The program begins in Zurich, London, or Malta with later rotations to hubs in Asia, Europe, or North America. Recruitment starts in September 2026.

The program begins in the US, with one rotation abroad. Recruitment starts in August 2026.
