Getting #EFreadyfortakeoff at HUBweek
Boston’s City Hall Plaza got quite the makeover this past weekend as the site of HUBweek, a festival to highlight innovation in art, technology, and science. With over 80 shipping containers painted by local artists and geodesic domes hosting a wealth of speakers and sessions, there was a lot to see during the six-day festival.
Of course, no one could miss the pink EF Education First containers, whose purpose was to help people get out and see the world. EF Education First had more than 500 people get their passport photos taken (for free!) and gave away 4,500 travel kits, packed with must-have items for setting out on a trip.
